While we understand that injuries are frustrating and it is difficult to take time off from your work-out routine, we ask that clients with a current injury freeze their membership and take the necessary time to recover. If a client is experiencing an injury that prohibits them from participating in the majority of the class’s routine/exercises (outside of the modifications already provided by the instructor) we ask that they do not take class. Ultimately, it creates a liability for the studio, it can prolong a client’s recovery and it is distracting to other clients.
